Skoda Rapid Car Review & Price List - Specification & Features

Skoda India has launched the much awaited C + segment sedan "Rapid," which will be manufactured in the same factory (Chakan, Pune), where the Vento is also produced. Skoda Rapid is based on the platform of Vento and share most parts with it including the engine, gearbox and suspension. Originally it was expected that it will be sold so quickly, there were rumors that it will be christened "Laurette," but Skoda Auto India has NOK again surprised everyone finally their new entry level sedan will be sold as "Rapid" in India.

It is powered by the same petrol and diesel engines that are not obliged under the hood of the Volkswagen Vento. Skoda Auto has recently changed the variant names of the Fabia and Laura (Classic to Active Ambiente and Ambition to), the Rapid also involve new variant name: Fast Active, Rapid Rapid Ambition and Elegance.

Designed to seamlessly flow with the muscular frame SKODA Rapid, is the colored mirrors optimally placed. The effective role is cut headlights give the car an appealing look, while chrome laced front grille add a distinctive charm to the impressive look of fast.

The 15 wheels are a delight to watch, and is significantly lighter and more stable and provides a balanced and great driving experience. Slim, body-colored door handles recessed and scientifically make the perfect first impression for the Skoda Rapid.

It comes with a choice between the rich tones of Mocha and Ivory or Mocca and Onyx, both designed to increase the feeling of luxury and spaciousness. SKODA Rapid keep chrome fittings throughout, from the inner door handles to the front center console, gear shift selector, air conditioning duct sliders and the lock button on the hand brake.
